We send a lab order to a Quest or LabCorp near you. Walk in, draw, done — usually under 15 minutes.

4. Treatment shipped home

Yes. As long as you are physically located in Nevada at the time of your visit, you can be seen.
What conditions can be treated over telehealth?
Our telehealth program is built specifically for hormone optimization (BHRT for women, testosterone replacement for men), medical weight loss with GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide, comprehensive lab review, and ongoing wellness monitoring.
How do I get my labs done if everything is virtual?
We send a lab order to a Quest or LabCorp draw site near you. You walk in, get your blood drawn (usually in under 15 minutes), and your results route directly back to us — typically within 3–5 business days.
Is telehealth as effective as an in-person visit?
For hormone therapy and medical weight loss, yes. The clinical decisions are driven by your labs, history, and symptoms — all of which translate perfectly to a video visit. You also tend to get more time with your provider, not less.
How is medication delivered?
All medication is shipped directly to your home in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging from a licensed compounding pharmacy. No pharmacy lines, no missed pickups.
Do you take insurance?
Battle Born is a strictly cash-based practice, which keeps pricing transparent and visits unhurried. We are happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What technology do I need?
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a stable internet connection. We send a secure video link before each visit — no app to download.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most new patients are scheduled within 5–7 business days. After your initial visit, follow-ups can usually be booked within the same week.
